- Basic Mirror Will from £400 plus VAT
- Single Basic Will from £350 plus VAT
- Life interest Wills from £500 plus VAT
- Severing Joint Tenancy - £150 Plus VAT
- More complicated Wills will cost more - we can supply details after discussion. Our charges are £250 per hour plus VAT
Lasting Powers of Attorney
Lasting powers of attorney are designed to enable a specific family member, trusted friend, or adviser to assist you in making and carrying out important decisions and tasks, should you become less able to do so yourself. We will advise you on all aspects of assigning LPAs, as well as assisting you in making them.
Our charges for drawing up and registering an LPA are usually £400, plus VAT and Office of the Public Guardian fees for one person (currently £82 per LPA). If you and your partner are appointing the same attorney(s), we can usually carry out the second LPA for an additional £100 + VAT.
